When installing Third-Party-AutoCAD-Applications for AutoCAD LT, the installation process will sometimes stop because of missing AutoCAD installations - usually, many installers are searching for installed AutoCAD versions. If you are trying to install on LT-only machines, the installtion will stop and/or not continue then - normally, an error message will inform on missing AutoCADs. So you can't install that application ...
An example for such installers is Autodesk "ExpressTools Vol..1-9" (since AutoCAD 2000i)..
This downlaods contains several Registry Import/Export files (*.reg)
to simulate installed AutoCAD 2000, 2000i, 2002, 2004, 2005, 2006,
2007, 2008, 2009 inside the
Registry. Complete documentation (English and German) is also
included.
If you get trouble with viewing the online help (test: doubleclick
on the help icon at the LT-Extender program group in the start menu
has to work), please install this CHM Helpfile update, a description
of this update can be found in the file
"HHUpd.txt".
