Notes: all modules work perfectly

1. add support path for each ST-Series module folder

2. attach the appropriate menus to AutoCAD LT and recompile the menu

3. load the appropriate "*.arx" program files with Appload
   -or-
   place them into LT-Extender's AutoLoad list (Menu->LT-Extender->LT-Extender->AutoLoad)
