Notes: works perfectly

1. add support path for RefConRx folder

2. attach the menu "RefConRx.mnu" to AutoCAD LT and recompile the menu

3. load "RefConRx.arx" with Appload
   -or-
   place it into LT-Extender's AutoLoad list (Menu->LT-Extender->LT-Extender->AutoLoad)
