Notes: works fine

1. add support path for QuickSurf folder

2. attach the menu file "QS51.mns" to AutoCAD LT and recompile the menu

optionally;
3. load "QuickSurf.arx" with Appload
   -or-
   place it into LT-Extender's AutoStart list (Menu->LT-Extender->LT-Extender->AutoStart Applications)

When LT is restarted, the QuickSurf program is automatically loaded with the menu.
