Notes: works perfectly

1. add support path for MDT4 folder

2. attach the menu "MDT4.mnu" to AutoCAD LT and recompile the menu
   (or type command "MDT4_CREA_MENU" to create menu)

3. load "mdt4.arx" with Appload
   -or-
   place it into LT-Extender's AutoStart list (Menu->LT-Extender->LT-Extender->AutoStart Applications)

For further AutoCAD LT sessions, all commands will be loaded by DemandLoad
