Notes: works perfectly

1. add support path for BlockWerx folder

2. attach the menu "BlockWerx.mns" to LT

3. load "BlkWerx2K.arx" once with Appload command

When BlockWerx is loaded once, all commands are registered to Registry;
then, BlockWerx is loaded automatically, when any BlockWerx command is entered
